I am hoping that someone can provide some guidance or assistance urgently.
Since updating the firmware a few months back the HDMI 2 output is intermittent and mostly does not send any signal out. The problem also on occasion seems to spread to HDMI 1 output. I have tried everything and am currently updated to v 9.6.1 and still can’t seem to get it going.
Is there some way of downgrading/restoring the units firmware to its original state as received from the factory (back when the unit worked) AND if so, what is the software version that can be used?
The other possibility could be a faulty hdmi port?
