We have a Hyperdeck on a corporate network. This deck has the network settings active so that we can download clips to multiple systems but we would like to make sure others on the network do not delete any of our media or download it.
We can not get the Username & Password system to work.
We do not mind limiting the deck to just one computer for access but there is no way to grab clips from it through a USB connection.
We can mount a network drive with a username&password, to the deck but our network is too slow to be useful this way.
What are we missing here? The username and password see to not work at all.
We followed the Hyperdeck manual.
