Loud noise in headphones. Television studio 6K

I got 2 BM-television studio 6k set up, with one sehnheiser AVX connected to each one of them. They are both connected with 2 SDI's (in and out) to an ATEM hd 8.
When I connect headphones to the camera, a loud constant beep, tinnitus like sound blast through the headphones. This happens in both cameras, With AVX connected and without AVX connected.
I tried to record, and the recordings does not have this sound. Only monitoring with headphones directly in the camera.
Does anyone know why? And how to fix?
