Davinci Resolve for instant Replay on 2nd Laptop

with the new Davinci Resolve Replay Editor i would like to bring Instant Replay into our productions.
Currently i am running a ATEM Mini Extreme ISO, where all 8 HDMI Inputs are used for our Cameras.
The Atem is connected via USB-C to my Laptop (we are working with OBS), via CAT to our 10ch Network switcher and the 2nd USB-C Port is connected to a 2GB SSD
Now my Idea: I would like to buy a 2nd Laptop, where Davinci Resolve will be installed on and the new Davince Replay Editor will be connected via Bluetooth or USB-C. This new, 2nd Laptop will then be connected to the same Network Switcher, where also the ATEM Mini is connected to.
My Questions:
1. While the Atem is recoring ISO on a the SSD, can i get acces to the growing Files on the SSD via Network? The ATEM has the latest Firemare installed.
2. Our Productions are running 10hrs/day so the Atem is cutting the Videofiles (after 1:52hrs). Will Davinci Resolve automatically load the new files once the Atem cuts it or do i have to do this manually?
3. While the 2nd Laptop is on Fullscreen, i would like to clone the Display via HDMI and send it to my 1st Laptop (Elgato CamLink 4K Capture Card HDMI to USB). Would that work?
