Hi all,
First post here. Been running a TalkBack converter for quite some time, and having a few issues.
1. When feeding into a Constellation 2M/E the audio meter for input 1 is wrong. It shows the left channel as a solid bar the entire time (no movement) and the right channel shows nothing. Even with audio coming into right only the left stays the same and right shows nothing. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the Talkback or the Constellation.
2. I went live yesterday and all my cameras looked to be running a slower fps or something. Lots of blur and stutter. I run the feeds through the talkback converter into a constellation hd and all cameras connected directly through constellation were fine.
With these issues, I downloaded the latest converter utility to update my converter and couldn’t do anything. Is there a way I can even factory reset and load the latest firmware again? Alternatively do I need to download the last firmware that has an update just for talkback converter?
