ATEM 2M/E Production 4K with ATEM Adv panel 10 bug and reset

Hello everyone !
My company have a BM ATEM 2M/E Production 4K connected via ethernet to an ATEM Advance panel 10.
1 week ago, I decided to update these two. Now my ATEM 2 M/E version is 9.6.2 and the ATEM Panel is 9.6

Now I have a problem with the panel.
When I go in the setting menu (via the panel), and navigate to the right, my panel freeze, then light up some buttons, then shutdown and reset.

I think the panel is looking for a specific setting function and parameters and don't find it so it freeze. What do you think ?
I didn't have that problem before the update.

Is there a way to downgrade the ATEM firmware of the switcher and the panek and go back to 9.5 ? Thanks !

I'm having the same issue with 9.6.2. I was able to downgrade to 9.6.1 by simply uninstalling the atem software on my computer and downloading 9.6.1 from the support page.
