ATEM SDI EXTREME ISO ON AIR blinking only ON SUNDAYS

Hello everyone,

we have the ATEM SDI EXTREME ISO switcher in my church to stream live on youtube and it has been working fine until the last week of September.

The ON AIR button just blinks the whole time and therefore there is no connection to youtube.

The strange thing is, this only happens on sundays. From Monday to Saturday, there is nothing wrong with the connection with youtube. We press the button ON AIR and it stays on and the connection with youtube is succesful. But we come on sunday and it doesnt work.

The Atem Switcher is connected over IP Addreess to the ATEM Software Control Panel.
Youtube Stream Key is correct and a new one also has been generated multiple times.
Our internet on sunday is not different from the internet during the week.

Does anyone have an idea what the issue might be?

Again it dis not work yesterday, which was sunday but today it worked, which is a monday.

Is it you who is doing the work on Sunday and during the week? If not, are the Sunday folks repeating exact same connection steps?

To be clear, is the computer you view YouTube with is connected to the same network as the ATEM? You can control the ATEM, see the ATEM output in YouTube and browse the internet via that computer on all days except Sunday?

When things are NOT working, can you control the ATEM from the computer, browse the internet, and see the "No Data" screen in YouTube?

Are you sure that you are NOT controlling the ATEM via the USB connection?

A few culprits might be - IP conflict. Someone who uses or powers on a device connected to your network only on Sunday has an address conflict with the ATEM.

Someone disconnects the cable from "internet" to your area (computer and ATEM) and uses it for their device only when there on Sunday.

Something (power) is unplugged during Sunday to make way to use something during service, and then plugged back in after service.

Network / Wifi.. When the church is full of people, Having more people on the Wifi might completly kill your troughput or something..

Or there is something specific in your network that is ON on Sunday creating these issues.

Keep in mind that for proper streaming with these tools you need a CLEAN low latency link towards internet.. Everything else on that network can impact your stream performance.

Or even unplug everything from the internet modem. And run a direct Network line this sunday.. Just to check.

Because if it then works fine, Your issue in within the walls of the church.

I am the one doing the work on sunday and during the week. So I do not do anything different

100 % sure because there is no usb connection between the ATEM and the laptop.The atem ip address shows up on the atem software control to be chosen

I thought this too but last 2 sundays i made sure i was the first in church, no one else was there, no other devices were put on and still it didnt work

the above 2 suggestions are not the case because I am the first in the church and alone for quite some time before others come. The devices used on sunday(before others come) and during the week are the same
