ATEM Update 9.6.2 closes immediately after start

Does anyone know why the ATEM 9.6.2 update on an ATEM Mini Pro ISO would immediately close after starting? It looks like there may be a bug with this update because I tested it with the MixEffect Pro app, and it works well. I need the BM app to work well in my situation.
