I have an issue with the SR4 remote control for the Ultimatte keyers, the unit has lost its touch screen capabilities and all buttons on the front panel are dead. Windows loads correctly and the interface shows on screen but it's all greyed out. I have tried updating the software to the latest version available on the website without any result. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
