Added lower thirds

We are using the Atem switcher at my church. We use the program Proclaim for the sermon notes and graphics. When we switch the graphics onto the screen it becomes transparent. The dark colors disappear from the image. I know the chroma & luma keys are a big factor. I need to know if there is a way to prevent my lower thirds and graphic images from being transparent on my live feed.
