Decklink Duo reset

is there a command tool or via Decklink SDK script / program that would kick / disconnect any source using Decklink Duo port? I notice that I have to reboot my PC with no USB/ATEM TV Studio HD powered. Then I can run vMix and just hen I can power on any other device / camera. If I do not follow this procedure then I see no cameras in my vMix (it is just like ports would be busy and vMix can not use those inputs / ports of Decklink cards (I have 2 Decklink Duo (4+4 inputs), I use 2 ports as key/fill to ATEM)
It would be great if I could somehow reset decklink without reboot. Any suggestion is more than welcome.
