Problem in Atem Mini Pro

I was transmitting with the Atem mini Pro from a computer to channel 1 of the atem, it goes into my laptop and sends it to youtube and from the atem monitor to a projector.
It was working fine, and suddenly I had no more signal, when I changed the computer I had signal again but with failures.
now testing the atem at home I keep getting this error.

Hi, I had this problem and it was the port failing. Fortunately I was under warranty and got it replaced. To prove the fault try a different port if you haven't already. FYI Port 1 is different in its underlying design so it is more likely to run a PC/Game console easily. 2, 3 & 4 are inherently designed to run camera type inputs. Port 1 can do cameras but just note it is a somewhat different hardware setup inside.
