Hi guys,

I'm trying to find the best solution to stream and simultaneously record studio dance classes for online students.

I need a simple to run solution. I was trying with zoom and the vimeo plugin and then I would just need to order the videos in vimeo playlists. But the quality is crap coming out of zoom, super low bitrait. I've done YouTube lives before with much better quality from the same studio.

Some people metioned using osb with zoom, but haven't tested it yet and I'm not sure if that's too much hassle for the teachers on every class.

Any ideas? Cheers!
Javi

Being you are on a Blackmagic Design forum, the Blackmagic Atem Mini Pro ISO.

Once you've pre-configured the stream and recording parameters etc it's easy to operate and it's all in one small hardware unit. So, if you're leaving operation to non technically-minded teachers, they just hit the clearly-marked Record and Stream buttons, which light up red when in operation. A PC/Mac set up with software like OBS/vMix will require opening software and navigation knowledge.

The ATEM Mini Pro ISO will simultaneously stream to any platform and record any of it's inputs and the program out onto an SSD for post-event editing requirements.
