Hi,
With an atem constellation 8k (2023) for the first time we had a crash. After many hours of well functioning we had all inputs and outputs that displayed a moiré of the real input and we had to hard reset the atem (unplugged power).
After it worked well for several hours. Our settings was 2160P50 but our old Atem 2ME (2015) had never failed like this, even at 2160P25 workflow.
Is someone had the same issue ?
Obviously we contact the BMD support.
