Decklink Cards

I am running the decklink Duo 2 and decklink quad 2 and for some reason my computer doesn't see the cards unless I restart the computer and then it sees the card. Is there a fix to this? All firmware updates have been installed. Not sure what else to try.

I don't know what computer do you have Mac or PC, but if it's Windows, did you try to force scan for hardware changes?

Have you double checked that you’re not over taxing your PCIe lanes?
