Just I'll just expand on it a bit more, a simple way.
You already have a Bi-Directional converter, that converter receives the SDI signal from DeckLink card and converts it to HDMI for the projector, but at the same time the SDI output of that converter is a "LOOP" of the same SDI input signal, (Really the SDI signal is processed, in simple words, amplify it) so you use the SDI output to transport the signal to a second Bi-Directional Converter on the First TV, again, you use the SDI output to transport the SDI signal to a Second TV.
Other option: Add an SDI Distribution, to "multiply" DeckLink card SDI output, and transport the signal over SDI (3 SDI cables) directly to each device / each BiDirectional Converter (projector, TV-1, TV-2).
