Hey folks, I have an Intensity 4K Pro and an Ultrastudio Recorder 3G and I need to record an HDMI stream using OBS. But neither of them seems to support 16 bit audio!
For both, the input device in the Windows 11 audio control panel shows 48khz 16 bit as the only option. OBS settings for the capture device allow either 16 bit or 32 bit, but that dropdown setting doesn't get saved.
I've also tried OBS ASIO and it recognizes these devices but there are no mappable channels.
Does anybody know if there's a way to get 24 bit HDMI audio? Or is there another Blackmagic product that can provide 24 bit sound to OBS? Maybe a Decklink?
