I recently purchased the studio camera 4k pro to upgrade my current cameras a my house of worship. i currently have a Roland VR HD50 switcher. will the new studio camera work with my current switcher?

Yes. You won't get the camera control and shading options you get with a ATEM software control but it'll do camera things just fine.
