Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 - 2x Decklink 8K not recognized

We are running a Virtual Studio Workstation on Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 with 2x Decklink 8K as I/O. Mainboard is an ASUS TRX 50 with a 24 Core Threadripper, lots of RAM and a huge PSU.
Current Firmware and matching Version of Desktop Video (15.1 I think) are installed.
The cards generally work, but after booting Windows it takes several minutes of the system apparently doing nothing before the decklink cards start recognizing the signals (2160p30) on their inputs and making them available to BMD Media Express and also the Virtual Workstation Application.
A lot of times it doesn't even work at all, which means I have to manually assign all the connectors of the cards to be SDI in or out in BMD Desktop video. I can't find anything in the logs, virus scans and firewalls are turned off as far was possible, system runs as administrator. It's really annoying that BMD Desktop Video seems to be consistently unable to remember it's input settings after a reboot, so what is going on here?

I see Desktop Video 14.4 .. I had problem with resolume arena with 14.2 drivers , that lot of boot resolume not recognized all inputs from decklink (only first) .. Upgrade to 14.3 was solved that problem .. Look at your drivers .. Maybe have simmilar problem with drivers ..

Thanks, that works. That one took ages to fix, I think we've been messing around with this for at least 2 major versions. No thanks to M$ for screwing up the drivers though, it worked perfectly back on W10... :?
