ATEM 2 M/E and Micro Panel Freezing During Productions

I recently upgraded to an ATEM 2 M/E and added the Micro Panel to my setup. Everything worked flawlessly for the first three shows I produced, but I've been running into serious issues during the last few productions.

A couple of hours into the show, the software and the Micro Panel completely lock up. None of the panel buttons respond, and the software becomes totally unresponsive. If I close the app and restart it, everything works again—but only for 5–10 minutes before the issue repeats.

The ATEM itself seems fine during these freezes. It's not connected to any networks—just directly to my PC—and I can still switch using the front panel of the device without any problems.

I returned the first Micro Panel and got another, but the issue remained present.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues, or have any suggestions for troubleshooting?

I had a couple of lockups when first using the micro panel (Wired to my control PC) though it's been fine for the last couple of months.

I think it is down to how they are linking it into the software as the ATEM continues to run fine and our companion instance also continues to work.

Same here. Lockup (both surface and atem control) after ~4+ h run. Win11 on MeLE quieter 4C / ATEM software 9.7.
Restarted program and continued another hour withouth issues.
