Hi all,
I'm looking for advice on hardware/software to achieve the following for our all-hands company meeting. I have an intermediate understanding of Video switchers, audio switchers, NDI, OBS, and a few other technologies to achieve this. I'm just not sure which way to go.
Local
The room has 2 cameras (speaker, audience), 4 mics (speaker x3, audience), 3 TVs (presenter, presentation, confidence), and a PC (for displaying a presentation)
Remote
We have MS Teams so we'd like to use it for remote people to join and view the meeting.
We would like for those folks to see all camera changes and audio changes that are produced locally
We would like remote participants to present and share their own content. (These should be individual inputs coming into the local switcher, assuming NDI for this)
Solution
I've been looking at video mixing, audio mixing, combination devices that do both, NDI for getting those remote streams. But I can't figure out how to simplify this. Any recommendations on a basic design? Thanks for your time
