2110 Presentation Converter USB-C video NOT working!

I have a BM 2110 Presentation Converter and the USB-C video in is NOT working! HDMI in on the unit works fine and it functions normally otherwise. Trying to use a Macbook Pro M1 max to send video over USB-C but no luck. Ive tried several Thunderbolt and USB-C cables. All the cables I've tried will power the Macbook but NO video handshake ever happens. Im not sure how to troubleshoot this - Anyone have any ideas on this?

Ive had issues where the input auto switching feature between the HDMI to USB C doesn't work, a hard power reboot seems to resolve it for a short period. Does this sound similar to your issue?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the auto switching is the issue. Hoping a future firmware update will fix this.

Same. Took forever to ship and is unusable.
