Cloud Store Max and Ethernet 360P 100Gb network port connect

I have a Cloud Store Max 24TB and Ethernet 360P switches.
Both have the latest firmware (including Cloud Store 1.5 which was released a few days ago).
The 100Gb network port connection does not work. I have purchased a recommended Cisco QSFP-100G-AOC fiber cable and tried Coax version as well and all I get is a red blinking light on the Cloud Store Max unit next to the 100Gb port.
Any suggestions?
