HELP! ATEM Recording is lagging!!!

How do I get rid of the lagging? I'm using a brand new ATEM Mini Iso. It happens on the ATEM mix as well as in the clean ISO feeds. I've matched ATEM Control with the cameras running at 24 fps and I've updated the firmware.

For context, ATEM switchers is connected to three Sony ZV-E10 ii cameras. Recording for an hour and saved into a Samsung T7 Shield 2TB ssd. All cameras, cables and SSD are brand new. I've used a much simpler ATEM Mini and I've never encountered this. We bought an ATEM Mini Pro Iso to streamline the production process but it has been very frustrating. HELP! I have a screen recording of the said lag if that helps.

What exactly is lagging? Is the audio behind the video or is the video behind the audio? How are you feeding audio into the ATEM? How many frames (or milliseconds) delay are you having?

I have screen recorded a few seconds of it but it's too large to be posted here. The video has inconsistent frame rates which happens every few minutes into the recording and lasts for about 2-4 seconds. It's very noticeable.

I didn't connect ATEM to my audio mixer/mics because I do the mixing in post. ATEM is taking the audio from the external mics of the cameras.

If there are frames missing from an ATEM or Hyperdeck recording it is usually due to write speed issues.

The Samsung T7 SSD is a fast SSD but it is also known to have problems with ATEM or Hyperdecks. The Samsung T5 is known to work fine. So I would try a different SSD and see it that fixes your issues.
