Hi. I just updated the Software from 9.5.1 to 9.6.3 & installed on my office Desktop PC & the 2 laptops that I live stream with. They are all Win11 with all updates.
First I updated my older ATEM Mini Pro from the desktop PC, it worked straight away.
However, I've tried many times to update the Mini Extreme ISO from the same exe file onlaptop, but does not show an update available. I tried the software recovery method shown on BMD video, it showed an available update, installed it, so it said, but when checked the version is stil 9.5.1! I tried this all from both laptop & desktop.
Anyone else come across this, & found a solution please?
