2110 3x3G Major Bug/Failure?

Not sure if anyone else has had any experience yet with the 3x3G converters that came out last year, but I've recently had a major issue on my biggest production yet, causing me to have to move my entire FOH setup during the production. So I wanted to share my problem and hear if anyone has had anything similar.

So the setup was as follows, two converters downstairs at a concert hall, taking in 4 feeds of SDI and outputting 2 signals from upstairs back for program monitoring.

Upstairs I had my FOH with everything being converted back to SDI and into my ATEM switcher. For 2,5 days straight there was no issue whatsoever. (It was a 5 day back to back production) Then suddenly out of nowhere, cam 1 dropped out, cam 2 dropped out, and only 1 cam kept working. 10G connection seemed fine (it says so on the unit) Also the signals downstairs where coming in normally, just my converters upstairs where getting no signal. So like I said, it tells you that there IS in fact a 10G connection, but whenever I wanted to reset the outputs, it just said 'no output'. No matter what I tried, I switched converters, changed my patching, tried connecting my cams to the other converter and just use three of them, the connection was just NOT coming back.

I did 3 full restarts of both systems with no luck, decided to move everything and patch directly into my switcher, bypassing the units and did the show that way. At the end of the day, I did one more reset, and behold, it just worked again. IP addresses matched again like nothing happened.. So with a bag full of doubt I went into day 4, and after 2 more bands, it happened again.. Same issue, connection seems to be there, just nothing was coming out at the FOH end anymore. And this happened every single time WHILE we where shooting and not changing any settings.

Does anybody have a same experience or an idea? Because right now I've invested over 4000,- into a system that's about as reliable as gas prices staying fixed..

Did you use any routers? Or was it a direct connection?

Do you mean router or do you mean switch?

How did you connect the four 3x3? Point to point via network cable?
Did you use switches?
