Issues with Smart Videohub and MacBook Pro's

Hello . I'm wondering if anyone has any insight into some issues I'm having with getting signal through a 12 x 12 Smart Videohub (not the 6G).
I'm using a MacBook Pro (Intel) Ventura and a MacBook Air (M1) Sonoma. Both going through HDMI>SDI 3G Microconverters.
Both can go through the Microconverter to the 1080p Monitors fine. But when adding the Video hub only the MacBook Air (M1) Sonoma signal is seen on the Blackmagic rack monitor and the 1080p monitor. We tried various resolutions and frame rates.

Has anybody else experienced this?

UPDATE- It's not an issue with Ventura. I upgraded the MBP to Sonoma and no difference.
