Blackmagic Design MultiDock 10G red light keep blinking!

I hope all of you are well. recently I bought 2 Blackmagic Design MultiDock 10G, I am in PC Windows 10, I connected 8 SSD drive each 4TB, connection usbc to usb3.2 in my PC, the speed for read and write around 420MG, the problem is, all the lights keep blinking in red! never stop, the harddisk working with no issue, is the blinking in red normal?
