Update failed - ATEM Television Studio HD

Hi everyone!

I connected the device to the computer with a USB cable and then launched the Atem Setup application, which indicated that a new update was available. The update failed, and after that, the device no longer started. The display remains black, the fans spin up, and the set button blinks. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Problem solved today... I tried to run the update with another USB cable and now the device working properly. :D I don't understand how this could have happened, both cables are USB 2.0, and both are working fine with other devices
