T-BAR no longer working after 2me panel upgrade to 9.6.3

This is my first time posting on this forum... forgive me and please tell me where to go if I'm not in the right place.
I just upgraded my ATEM 2me advance panel 20 to Version 9.6.3, Build 1b281e56 and the lower T-Bar (closes to the operator) no longer works. The LED light next to the t-bar (that normally travels along side the bar as it moves) is stuck on the bottom most LED and does not track along side the t-bar as it moves.
The t-bar on the upper stripe works just fine. If I select the same M/E on BOTH top and bottom stripes of the panel and use the top tbar, the t-bar status lights move on the bottom tbar. It's just the tbar itself that isn't working.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
