My setup:
A new ATEM Mini Extreme running v9.7, connected to a Macbook Pro via ethernet as the 'production laptop'. Default IP address on the ATEM (192.168.10.240). MacBook is running ATEM Software Control. I have a Dell Latitude 5510 as my work computer and I want to use the ATEM webcam output as my webcam for Teams meetings on the Dell. I believe the ATEM is configured correctly as I can use it as the webcam with the MacBook using either a USB-C to A cable, or C to C cable, without issue.
My problem starts when I connect the ATEM to the Dell via the same USB-C to A or C to C cable; the Dell immediately disconnects from the WiFi network, which is an obvious issue.
Has anyone else had a similar problem of the ATEM disconnecting the WiFi of the host computer when connecting via the webcam output?
Any help would be appreciated. I don't have admin access to the work laptop and IT isn't exactly open to helping when it comes to "not our gear" type of issues.
