Constellation 4k as scaler?

So our Constellation 8K can act as a scaler. We take 4k input, and convert it down to 1080p.
I'm curious if the Constellation 4Ks also have the same ability. It seems like they would with the built in scalers, but I am unsure.
Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

That what we do. You just need to setup audio routing for the output… but it takes a 4k workflow and down converts a number of inputs. The leftover inputs can be used for another multiview output

Interlaced modes in Constelation is not very good .. Videhub is still good for routing job I think ..

Video hub is preferred to split our signal. We want to swithc mainly to 4k, but we have a few destinations that require Full HD still. I was thinking if we purchased a 1ME Constellation, we could could use it to take a handful of outputs and down convert them to Full HD.
