Videohub Smart Control Pro Firmware update

After the 10.1 update, the Smart/Master Control Pro panels can only be set up through the Videohub Setup utility instead of the Hardware Panel Setup Utility which is fine except that the Videohub Setup utility has no control for the panel illumination setting. Has anyone found a way to control the illumination? It seems to default to no illumination at all. The buttons light up OK when pressed but the rest of the buttons are dark. The Hardware Panel Setup utility defiantly had this functionality. Wondering why they would omit this.
