Is there any functional difference between the Web Presenter 4K and the newly named Streaming Encoder 4K? Price seems to have jumped up on the Encoder version of product.

If you are based in the US, the price went up yesterday because of the implementation of tariffs, this should be reflected on the price for both the 4k encoder and the 4k web presenter. My understanding is that they are the same device but with a new name, however they are listed as 2 items on the website.

If BMD not absorb tarifs adjustements, prices will increase certainly for the two models may be with delay if any stocks.

Web presenter is only a streaming device. Streaming encoder is marketed as a 4K evolution of ATEM Streaming Bridge. It offer remote camera control, color corrector, tally and talkback.

I hope they are not sharing the bad interface needing XML programing knowledge :(

As explained in the NAD 2025 video the Streaming Encoder 4K is the same thing as the Web Presenter 4K, while the Streaming Decoder 4K is an evolution of the ATEM Streaming Bridge. IIRC Gary talked about XML during the presentation. I'm not using it so I didn't pay attention, but XML in itself is not a complicated thing ;)
