Decklink 8k Extreme G2 --- Hdmi in black (out works)

Hi team,

Recently installed a new Decklink 8k G2 card into my rig and installed the newest drivers from the support page. Got all 4 SDI's setup instantly, as well as the HDMI external out (using vmix) and everything was great.

However, tried replacing the SDI input with an HDMI (swapped the input over in the BM Desktop Video software from SDI to HDMI) and rebooted. The external devices I'm using both see the Decklink device but in all instances the screen is black.

I first tried a set-top box - but as it was plug and play only, moved swiftly to another PC.
Windows sees the Black Magic card and I've changed the resultion to 1080p, 2k and 4k, 50hz, and tried using RGB + YUV4:2:2.

What am I missing? MEdia Express doesn't display any input on 1, nor does BM Video show the resoltuion under the 'hdmi' like it does with SDI..... I'm now at a loss.

Any other ideas? The SDI's all work as does the hdmi out....so I know the card is fine.

I've found a similar issue with the 8K Extreme G2.

I do NOT have the daughterboard (with HDMI attachment) installed. I am only using the 4x SDI ports to receive 4x GoPro feeds.

GoPro --> Media Mod --> Micro HDMI to Full HDMI --> Hollyland Pyro S transmitter --> Hollyland Pryo S receiver --> BNC SDI cable --> Capture card SDI port.

I can only ever get 3 of the 4 GoPro signals to be received in vMix or Media Express. The 4th signal never works properly. No amount of swapping ports or cables fixes this - the 4th signal in, regardless of capture card port used, never appears.

All GoPros & Hollyland transmitters/receivers are outputting the exact same 1080/60 feed to the capture card.
