Multi Channel Distribution.

Looking to create a local TV network over CAT6. I'm guessing similar to what you would find in a hotel or on a cruise ship. 5+ channels current, but we are estimating 12. The content is all on PC's or a video camera feed. This is for a small manufacturing company. TV's are scattered throughout the building's. I would like a central and easy distribution setup that can will take the content, distribute it over Ethernet to a TV (set top box?) and allow the user to change the channel. Is this something that is achievable with Black Magic products?I feel like it should be.

Why not DVB-T ? U need coaxial cables .. But TVs not need nothing special ..
