NewBlueFX Captivate has a RSS feature. There are two different subscription models depending on your budget.

in some elections i was used notebook with HTML page opened ..

for serious daily use job, I preffer caspar CG template ..

mimolive has a newscrawler for rss feeds. But you need still a mac to run it. They had a monthly subscription model if you only need it sometimes.
