DIY tally hacks

PostMon May 12, 2025 10:09 pm

So we have green light on Blackmagic cameras, whenever we switch to them with Atem... This could be a kind of tally light signal to the cameraman, that he needs to go steady and make his shots. I guess, in the most pragmatical way, I switch to him, he sees the green light and goes into his steady shot 3 to 4 seconds later. Then I fix the cuts in post.

I guess I answered it for myself hah

If the camera goes into green light when I preview it, that would be even easier and crazier. I'll try!
