ATEM switchers do not offer the ability to apply input colour correction to non Blackmagic cameras.
To colour correct sources, you'd need to instead look at the likes of vMix. But that means the combined cost of vMix software, a decent Windows computer and HDMI ingest cards or interfaces.
Decent DSLRs should offer the ability to set colour/white balance internally, and using identical cameras will make them easier to colour match.
Lip-sync. There will be some delay in the video out of the DSLRs. This means that the sound exiting the desk will be in advance of your camera's HDMI out. Your best bet is to take a line out of the X32 (pref using conversion box like this -

Then using the ATEM Software Control audio page, adjust the delay feature to align the desk audio and camera image sync. YouTube is a good resource for this process, if it's something you're not familiar with.
