We've just purchased a second URSA Broadcast G2, along with Blackmagic zoom and focus demands. The first set we have has been working perfectly for years. The second set, while the camera itself and the focus demand work, the zoom demand will stop working after a few minutes. When this happens, the only thing that fixes it is to unplug the controller and plug it back in.
Previously, both controllers would stop working at once, but swapping the order of them fixed the issue with the focus controller. Now, the zoom demand plugs into the focus demand, and then to the camera. Now it's only the zoom demand that stops working.
Has anybody else experienced this? I've been looking around, and all I can find is when the zoom controller gets stuck at its extents.
