How to insert SCTE-104 OR GPI signal on PGM
Posted: Fri May 23, 2025 10:38 pmI have an ATEM 2 M/E Constellation HD + ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel 20 and an ATEM CM5000 connected to a PGM output, to which I need to send the signal via SDI (SCTE-104) or GPI to indicate whether I'm on air or going to a commercial break. How can I send either of these signals from the Advanced Panel 20? Any ideas or solutions?
In case it helps, I also have a "GPI & Tally Interface" (which only uses the Tally outputs) ... but I don't know if it can be used to input the signal through GPI and have the ATEME "allow" it to pass to the PGM output. Please clarify my doubt.
