HI All,
I have a very peculiar issue with my ATEM EXTREME SDI ISO. The Atem Software Control app cannot detect the switcher. The error message "No Switcher Detected" is shown on the window. Only if the network is connected I can control the switcher.
Atem Setup detects it though. I can affect changes to the switcher's config etc. Even when I launch the software from the app it doesn't detect the switcher.
I have tried different USB cables.
However if I plug the ATEM Extreme to a Mac mini M4, it detects the switcher.
If I plug an ATEM Mini SDI to the MacBook Pro, it's detected.
I have tried resetting the switcher, reinstalling the software.
What should I do? Thanks!
