When trying to assign media to slot 1 the ATEM software control crashes.
I've update to the latest software.
I've updated the firmware. It appears to be successful but then setup window states v 8.6 ...
New MacOS installation
Checked on different Mac computers with OS15.5 as well as the previous version OS - same issue.
I've attempted factory reset and even after reboot nothing is changed on the device.
How do I get this fixed? This unit has been in studio for webcam use and has seen only light work. No reason for it to break like that...? This is not what I'm used to with BMD products.
