Atem Television Studio & Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0

Hello,

I have bought an Atem Television Studio and Intensity Shuttle, both of your brand.
When I install the IS on its own, I'm able to use it on my Windows computer with an USB 3.0 port.
However, when I also install the ATM, the IS no longer works.

I would therefore think that the drivers of the two black magic products, are incompatible with one another.
Since it no longer works if both are installed on the same computer.

Do you have any ideas what the reason for this can be?
Moreover, do you have any solutions on how I can fix this since I would like to stream live with my new materials and I'm currently not able to.

Uninstall all of the Blackmagic drivers, then install the ATEM control software first, and then the Intensity Shuttle drivers last.

Thanks, but I did it this way.
Like I said, they aren't compatible.

When I install IS only, it works fine.
When I install ATV and then the IS, the driver for IS is corrupted and can't connect.
I tried everything, spend at least a day in hours to fix this problem.

But i have to say these programs can't work together appropriately.

You should be able to download just the ATEM software and have access to the Shuttle as well.

Exactly, uninstall all BMD software. Reboot. Install only the ATEM software, reboot. Then connect the Shuttle and it should install the drivers and work.

The ATEM software contains almost all drivers. If you try to install newer Desktop Video software after or before the ATEM software, it'll screw up the Shuttle.

And for the ATEM software version, I'd suggest installing 6.1 (not 6.1.1).
