UltraStudio 4K Basic Help

PostWed Jan 21, 2015 8:55 pm

I've got a new UltraStudio 4K and can hook up content to the SDI input A and get content but connecting to input B or the hdmi input I get nothing.
Is there something required to get two sdi inputs into my software. Using Wirecast version 6.

I've got a couple Smartview Duo which I am using Loop A and Loop B to from the UltraStudio. Loop A shows source Loop B does not.

Thanks,

You can only ingest one signal at a time. The two SDI inputs you see are for dual 3G connections or 3D inputs.

What device do you have that could ingest 3-4 inputs?

The only capture cards that accept more than 1 distinct signal are the Decklink Duo and Decklink Quad. For using them with laptops lots of people use a PCIe to thunderbolt card cage like the Sonnet Echo Express
