Hi all,
I'm having issues using the UltraScope software with an ATEM M/E 1 switcher.
The software installs fine and I've installed a USB3 connection between switcher and PC.
Using ATEM Setup, the switcher is connected to and the Network Settings can be altered.
Using ATEM Control, I can mix, fade etc.
However, starting UltraScope throws an error stating that an UltraScope can't be detected. Similarly, the option of recording from the mixer in BlackMagic Media Express is missing.
The PC also has a 4k Studio PCI card.
Is there a way of enabling both the PCI and Mixer in Media Express and the Ultrascope?
