Studio Camera 4K lens for TV Studio

Hello

We have purchased 3 Blackmagic Studio 4K cameras for our smaller studio B and would like help selecting a lens. Our studio has 24 lights and we will be using it shoot green screen, talk shows and news programs. Our studio is not too large - 60 by 40. Thanks

You can with adapters but you will have no remote iris.

only MFT lenses have remote iris capabilities on the 4k studio camera

To use a B4 (ENG) lens on the Studio Camera, you have two options:

Option 1 is a simple MFT to B4 adapter.

This will adapt your lens, BUT your lens must have a 2x extender built in to fill the frame, which the lens you posted does not.

Option 2 is a MFT to B4 adapter designed for the Super 16mm sensor this camera uses.

This is more expensive but has corrective optics built in that does not require the 2x extender and also loses less light in the conversion.

Either way, you will need to power your lens. You can get a battery pack such as this:
