Question about AUX 1

Hello Folks : We are using the ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K switcher for our live event switching 2 cameras. At the past two events the Aux 1 stopped working. There was a bug with this awhile ago but there have been updates to amend that. What version of firmware are you running?

Hi Tony - Thanks for getting back to me : I am unable to figure out how to locate the firmware version of the switcher main frame, if you can assist with instructions on that, would be great. The ATEM control software version is 6.2. Thanks, Don Buttaccio

6.2 is a few versions back from the most current one 6.4.

You can find the latest download for the ATEM here.

Tony : Today I was able to complete the ATEM Switchers Update to 6.4 (from 6.2) - just to confirm that I did not have to update to 6.3 first, then to 6.4? Thanks, Don Buttaccio / Cornell University

Going from 6.2 to 6.4 should not cause any issues for you. If you do encounter something however, you can download 6.3, uninstall 6.4, connect the ATEM to your computer and have it roll back to that firmware and then back to 6.4 just as you did initially for the install.
