Connectors on Converters and ATEM

We are using both Canon XH A1 and XH A1 cameras. We would like to buy either a TVS or ATEM1 but realize there is a problem connecting those cameras to the switchers. Both cameras will output component with an included cable that has RCA males on the end. Do we need to use the Analog-SDI converter box? Since the box has BNC connectors on the Analog side how do we connect the component cable? I think a few years back I saw a short metal connector that had female RCA on one end and a BNC on the other end. Would these work for connecting the component cable?

Normally, the signals on lines with rca-connectors were the same, as on lines with BNC-connector. So the "short metal connector that had female RCA on one end and a BNC on the other end." should work.
