ATEM Tvs External Audio Input to Output

Let me just begin by saying that I am overjoyed that the recent software/firmware updates allow for embedded audio to be passed through on the SDI inputs, this saves so much trouble in converting to AES for the input. With the new update in mind, I was wondering if the hardware would allow for the external port to become a selectable input/output? This would be fantastic for monitoring. Could this be something suggested for the next update?
Or enabling audio output on the multiview HDMI port. Then if you are using a flatscreen to monitor like I am, you could then just take the audio fed through the tv or break it out to studio monitors.

Changing the input to an output is probably not possible on the current design.
However your suggestion about putting audio on the multi-viewer is kinda cool. It's probably a more complex thing than it sounds, but still it's a cool idea.

Well the audio is output on program for both the SDI and HDMI out - there are HDMI and SDI to analog "converters" which will present audio output. A workaround maybe?

Indeed you could do this.

I second the request for audio on Multi-View. While we currently don't need it, it may come in handy.

In my workflow if I use my monitor for program then I can't monitor other cameras in multiview. The thing I love most about blackmagic products is that it makes for a clean straight workflow without so many "middle man" components. So optimally, having audio pass through on the multiview would be fantastic and streamline the workflow.

It would at least SEEM to be pretty straight forward for BMD to just take the audio that is on the Program out, and also put it on the Multi view SDI/HDMI out
